Valley Area Agency on Aging (VAAA) invites you to take control of your health with Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Toward Health). This informative, interactive program provides knowledge and tools for seniors living with Type 2 Diabetes. A series of six weekly workshops will help you learn to balance and maintain your blood sugar levels, avoid complications, manage symptoms and improve your overall health.

 

Certified PATH leaders will guide you through ways to control your diabetes through diet and exercise while providing valuable information and insight for you and your loved ones. Healthy snacks will be provided! Call today to register for our latest workshop:
